Jeffrey L. Wilson's focus is identifying potential franchisees and locations.  His past experience has included recruitment, management, contract negotiation and sales in the insurance industry. 

Wilson brings more than 25 years of banking, loans, finance and insurance experience to the Equity One Franchisors’ executive team. Wilson has been consistently awarded for his sales production and management, and has a history of achieving and surpassing the goals of each company for which he has been involved.  He led the start up of an insurance agency, including the strategic development that directly led to the success of the agency.

Prior to Equity One, Wilson managed the insurance operations for the largest privately held bank in the U.S.  While there he developed new insurance sales products and strategies.  This included implementing a web site for consumer purchase of life, property & casualty, health, disability, dental and health insurance. He coordinated with the company’s marketing department, developing telephone sales centers and direct mail campaigns.

Wilson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis.  He is licensed for the sale of property, casualty, life and health insurance in multiple states.
